Booking Policies

Booking is available online through request rates/reservation page. We welcome late check-out if there are no guests checked in the afternoon of check-out, but please let us know so we can arrange and tell you if it's possible.

Children are welcome to spend the night with their parents, below 6 years there is no charge, between 7 and 12 years they will pay 50% of the adult rate.

No fees are charged for cancellation if before 14 days of check-in, within 3 days of check-in and the cancellation fee is 50% of the total value, less than 72 hours before check-in and no-show, the cancellation fee is one night room charge.

We accept payment through Visa card or Cash. Our check-in time is 13:00 and check-out is 12:00 midday.

Welcome to our Home!

Lusi Evi Boutique Hotel is owned and operated by Siggi Imal and Luzia Eggerschwiler-Schneider, a couple who arrived i Lusi Evi Boutique Hotel in Cappadocia n Ortahisar back in 2006 and fell in love with this once old dilapidated stone and cave house. It took many hours of hard-work with their own hands before the opening of this gorgeous little accommodation in Cappadocia.

In Luzia’s own words, “we have experienced a great deal here, both good and of a kind we would rather forget. The start was hard, the work was back-breaking, and the bureaucratic procedures were maddening, but the evenings were cozy in our simple little room, and there was great joy as each room was finished. We had after all managed to create something that hardly anyone could have imagined possible.”

There is still plenty of work to do though as Luzia and Siggi continue to restore three more cave rooms below the house and a large garden. Of course, when visitors arrive, the construction work stops as guests are treated to a personalised service by the hosts, that is unless the guests want to learn the skills of a stone mason and knock out a few walls below the house with Siggi!

In conclusion and again in the words of Luzia, “we will firmly go on with the work until our dream has been realized and we can enjoy the peace and harmony in all aspects”.
